1.3 Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 3 days of purchase. These returns are subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the item's value to cover handling and restocking costs.

2.4 Ship the return package to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them for damage or signs of use.
3.2 If the returned product(s) are deemed to be in their original condition, we will process the refund within 3 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
3.3 If the product(s) are found to be damaged or used, the refund may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be processed, depending on the extent of damage or use.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1 Perishable products, including wines and sake, are not eligible for return.
4.2 Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
