This Limited Edition Ballechin, comprising 3461 bottles, combines first-fill Bourbon barrels and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled at 58.9% without chill-filtration for true cask character, it pays tribute to the historic Perthshire farm distillery closed in 1927. The name, Ballechin, reflects Alfred Barnard's discovery of peated whisky during his 1880s cataloging of UK distilleries.
