Caledonia Edradour is a distinctive single cask release personally selected by songwriter Dougie Maclean, named after his renowned song, "Caledonia." Crafted in small batches, this handmade single malt is a rich and complex 12-year-old whisky. Dougie Maclean, inspired by his connection to Scotland, collaborated with Edradour Distillery for this special release. The whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non chill-filtered, preserving maximum flavor, depth, and body. Initial aging in Bourbon casks is followed by a 4-5 year Oloroso Finish, offering a traditional experience reminiscent of the bygone era of whisky craftsmanship.
