This certified organic vodka, made from quinoa seeds, adheres to international fair trade standards and is the result of collaboration between French distillers and 1,200 Bolivian farmers from the "Anapqui" cooperative. Quinoa, an ancient crop cultivated by the Incas, is blended with corn to produce a vodka that is rich, silky, and complex. The flavor profile includes notes of flowering geranium, ripe fruits like pear, strawberry, and apricot, sweet spices such as cinnamon and coriander, herbaceous hints of cut hay and alfalfa, and a touch of butterscotch.
