Foursquare 15YO Absolutio 700ml 62%

Foursquare Absolutio, the ninth release in this series, is a blend of two distinct batches that underwent double maturation—one in bourbon casks and the other in port casks—before being bottled in Barbados at 62% ABV in February 2024. The tropical aging process produced only 4,800 bottles. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of Black Forest gâteau, tart plums, juicy pineapple, leather, wood polish, and baked orange. The palate is complex and layered, featuring flavors of molasses, toasted caramel, pineapple, mango, and a touch of red fruit. The finish is long and satisfying, with a balance of oak, vanilla, coconut, chocolate, and light red wine notes.
