Crafted at the base of Mount Fuji, this single blended whisky by Kirin, envisioned by Master Blender Jota Tanaka, pays homage to the terroir and climate of the region. Comprising single malts and three types of single grains, each distilled using traditional pot stills and various column stills, it matures in American oak bourbon casks in the distillery's cellar. The complex profile boasts fruity aromas of peach, apricot, and orange liqueur on the nose, evolving into a palate featuring honey, pear pie, and fruit cake notes.
