With a gold medal from the International Spirits Challenge 2020, this expression showcases Master Blender Jota Tanaka's expertise. The blend features three grain whiskies—a light type (column stills), a medium (Batch Kettle still), and an intense one (Double Still). The nose exudes floral and indulgent notes of pear pie, candied chestnut, and orange peel, leading to a palate with poached pears, apple compote, dark chocolate, and hints of cinnamon and toasted rye bread. The finish is gentle, leaving subtle traces of tannins and incense.
