Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo Snow Aged 8 Years is a premium sake from Hakkaisan Brewery in Niigata, Japan. Crafted using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold, with a high polishing ratio, this sake undergoes a unique eight-year aging process in a snow room (yukimuro). The consistent freezing temperature imparts a smooth and refined character to the sake.
