Greenock Shiraz 2021 is thick black-purple in colour. The aroma is super lifted with very delectable classic Greenock Shiraz notes of black plum, Christmas cake, dark chocolate, violets, toasty oak and clove spice all matched perfectly foreshowing a distinguished wine. The full-bodied palate is plump with generous flavours of ripe dark fruits. These rich fruits weave through the entire palate and are gently complimented with apparent but not intrusive oak, adding further dimension. Tannins are natural and finely balanced bringing a robust and slightly chalky structure. This solid wine is completed with a lengthy finish.
