Kilchoman Sauternes Cask Matured 2024 700ml 50%

The limited edition Sauternes Cask Matured has been aged for at least five years in specially selected first and second-fill Sauternes casks chosen by Anthony Wills, founder of Kilchoman, for their exceptional quality.

This aging ensures a perfect balance between the sweetness of butter, roasted pineapple, candied ginger, and the floral peaty smoke characteristic of Kilchoman.

Founded in 2005, Kilchoman is the first distillery built on the Isle of Islay in over a century.

Brought to life by the sea spray from Machir Bay beach, their first single malt was released in September 2009. Modeled after a 19th-century “farm distillery,” Kilchoman prides itself on handcrafting a peated malt with subtle salty accents.
