Ocho Tequila is crafted using traditional methods, uniquely indicating the vintage and origin of harvested agaves. La Estancia field, located in San Diego de Alejandria, spans 8 hectares with 34,620 agave plants at an altitude of 1,875 meters. The terrain is slightly hilly with gray soil rich in calcium and organic matter. The agaves are matured with an average weight of 22 kg and high sugar content (280-300g/kg). Tasting notes include ripe pineapple, green apple, lime zest, cooked agave, and a finish that is long and complex. Ocho Tequila La Estancia is characterized as fresh and aromatic.
