Ocho Tequila celebrates the Day of the Dead with a limited edition Black Bottle Blanco named "Las Aguilas." This special release pays homage to the eagles that once nested in the region, and the Rio de las Aguilas, known as the river of the eagles. "Las Aguilas" Rancho is gently sloping on a hill, ranging from 2057m to 2035m above sea level, with fertile soil and high plant fertility. The agaves, aged six years, have an average weight of 35 kgs, and the sugar level reaches 30.5%. Tasting notes include pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, crème fraîche, menthol, white chocolate, and a buttery finish with violet and hazelnut accents.
