Ocho Tequila is meticulously crafted, uniquely indicating the vintage and origin of harvested agaves. La Ladera, meaning "hillside," boasts a rocky slope with shallow red mineral soil, creating low-weight, high-sugar agave plants. The Reposado version ages for 8 weeks and 8 days in used American oak barrels. Tasting notes include grilled pineapple, black pepper, green guava, and salted butter caramel on the nose.
