The Monymusk-Clarendon distillery features a first Vendôme pot still with a capacity of 20,000 litres and a second pot still made in India, boasting a capacity of 25,000 litres. This particular version falls into the MMW category, with an ester content ranging from 200 to 300 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol. Bottled for the first time in the Habitation Velier range, it initially presents a tumultuous, medicinal, and hot character. However, its palette of flavors and aromas gradually transforms into a more juicy, crisp, softly spiced, and chocolatey profile.
