As it breathes, it reveals a delightful rancio reduction with notes of apricot and cherries in brandy. Its appearance is coppery orange. On the palate, the clean and lively attack transitions between flavors of cane sugar, exotic fruits like mango and papaya, and fresh fig. Rock candy and salted butter caramel accentuate the well-integrated wood. The overall experience is long and silky, with a medicinal finish that quickly develops into vanilla notes reminiscent of flan. The aftertaste leaves a delicate layer of liquorice on the taste buds, ending with floral and resinous notes of jasmine, geranium, hyacinth, and thuja.
