Heavily peated at 57 ppm, this single malt delivers a bold, saline, and smoky character balanced with notes of white fruits, green tea, and hay. Waterford Distillery, led by Mark Reynier, emphasizes Terroir, Traceability, and Transparency in their whiskey-making process, highlighting the unique Irish terroir. The whiskey offers a rich nose of vibrant peat, fresh smoke, and coastal influences, with a full-bodied palate of driftwood, campfire, and juicy white peach. Its finish is smoky and complex with lingering notes of tobacco and green tea.
